Lea Fischer

She is a new face at Cfm and supports the Pharma team in her role as Junior Account Manager.

How did you come to Cfm?

“After graduating from high school in 2018, I first studied business administration in Bayreuth. I quickly realized that it didn´t feel comfortable with this decision. That’s why I did an apprenticeship in a company in Selb in 2019 as a clerk for wholesale and foreign trade (focus on wholesale). I passed this successfully in summer 2021.

After that I looked for a new job in our region. I came across Cfm through my boyfriend who lives in Marktredwitz and a friend who works next door. I immediately checked out the website and saw that someone was wanted in sales. So I applied straight away and was promptly invited to an interview.”

What is your day-to-day life at Cfm like?

“Every day is different. I don’t know any everyday life at CFM. There are always new tasks and challenges – but that’s very nice.

I am responsible for order processing in the pharmaceuticals department.
This is different every time. In short, I take care of orders from the inquiry to the shipment of the goods.”

What do you like here?

“The Cfm team is great and I’m happy to be part of it and to have been welcomed so positively.”

How do you spend your free time?

“I love to bake and cook. I also try different cuisines. My favorites include Turkish or Mexican cuisine. through my studies, which I am currently doing as well, I can make optimal use of my interests.

Traveling is also one of my hobbies. I’ve been to some countries, such as: Turkey, Spain, Greece, Africa and England. I’ve also gotten around a lot in Germany. But I still don’t have enough. I would like to see the whole world if I could. If I had to decide on my next travel destination right now, it would probably be Finland. Seeing the Northern Lights there, sleeping in a glass igloo with panoramic windows and skiing are high on my list.”
