HOW AND WHEN DID YOU COME TO CFM?

“In 2016 I was looking for a part-time job and had thought about working as a waiter. Since I was already employed at Iris Biotech, I came into contact with Steffen Tropitzsch and got the chance to pursue my passion for accounting and organization at Cfm. I didn’t have to think twice about that.”

WHAT DO YOUR EVERYDAY LOOK LIKE AT CFM?

“I mainly take care of accounts payable and accounts receivable. As a trainer, I also do job interviews.”

WHAT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE AT CFM AND WHAT’S SPECIAL HERE?

“Back then, a holiday in Marrakech with my colleagues was a special experience. But the normal everyday life at Cfm is also nice. We have a family atmosphere, here you are a person and not a number. For example, after our wedding, the whole team stood in front of the registry office as a surprise – that is not a matter of course. You are valued and perceived as a person and everyone is happy with you at special events.”

WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO DO IN YOUR LEISURE TIME?

“In my free time I do sports, for example yoga or training with my own body weight. Otherwise, the book “The Otori Clan” sparked my love for reading. I’m just into Japan / China.”

THAT TAKES US TO THE LAST QUESTION: WHICH DESTINATIONS ARE STILL ON THE LIST?

“My favorite travel destinations are the USA (west coast) and China, and I’ve already seen both. On my list, however, are Japan at cherry blossom time, Iceland and Norway – I would like to see the northern lights.”
