Commercial clerk (m\/F\/d) with a focus on sales<\/h4>

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercial sales representative (m\/f\/d) as soon as possible.<\/p>

The following tasks are waiting for you: <\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Obtaining and comparing offers
\u2022 Placing orders
\u2022 Creation of offers (including calculation) and orders
\u2022 Invoicing, also in foreign currencies
\u2022 Coordination of delivery dates
\u2022 Assuming responsibility for complex projects
\u2022 Monitoring the inventory of critical products
\u2022 Preparation of customs documents
\u2022 Review and correction of article master data (dangerous goods data, chemical product data)
\u2022 Handling of the worldwide dispatch of goods in compliance with all relevant legal requirements
(Import, export, VAT, chemical prohibition regulation, dual use substances, special requirements of the BAUA)
\u2022 Data maintenance of the customer database
\u2022 Pre-examination of pharmaceutical-relevant contracts<\/p>

In your role, you will support our existing team and at the same time provide our customers with advice and assistance.<\/p>

Qualification <\/strong>:<\/p>

You have completed commercial training, ideally as a Euro businessman (m\/f\/d) or a merchant in wholesale & amp; Foreign trade (m \/ f \/ d) specializing in foreign trade or several years of relevant professional experience in the areas mentioned. Alternatively, you have a degree with a commercial focus.
In addition, you maintain a goal-oriented way of working with a high focus on results, a high degree of initiative and motivation, and a pronounced customer and service orientation. You are interested in other cultures, you are characterized by high reliability, a sense of responsibility and accuracy and you have excellent written and spoken German and English.<\/p>
