Some examples are the prevention of transplant rejection as well as the coating of coronary stents.<\/p>\n<p>Now Sirolimus also shows promise in treating tuberous sclerosis complex, in special facial angiofibromas.<\/p>\n<p>An easy to compound and to apply rapamycin cream shows dramatic improvement of this tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).
