family<\/strong> and functions as an ER chaperone involved in protein folding and assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Due to many cancer cells\u2018 inherently elevated ER stress level, GPR78 is highly expressed on the cell surface of a variety of cancer types.<\/p>\n<p>GRP78 plays important roles in tumor growth, tumor cell survival, angiogenesis, metastatis, drug resistance and tumor immunity.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, it is one of the major contributors to tumor immune escape.<\/p>\n<p>We identified one payload targeting this tumor survival pathway GRP78:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfmot.de\/en\/produkt\/osw-1-2\/\">OSW-1 (Cfm Product code: 5600082)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>OSW-1 involves a novel mechanism of action that is independent of cell cycle and can effectively kill even dormant cancer cells (stem-like cancer cells) at sub-nM concentrations.\u00a0It can be conjugated to different types of linkers, and we know where and how to conjugate to antibodies via a linker.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8df5f7d\" data-id=\"8df5f7d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
