Everolimus is a synthetic derivative of the natural compound Sirolimus (Rapamycin), originally isolated from the bacterium Streptomyces hygroscopicus found on Easter Island (Rapa Nui).<\/p>

As a member of the macrolide class and mTOR inhibitors, Everolimus boasts a remarkable range of applications. From transplant medicine to cancer research and laboratory technology.<\/p>
