Some awards mark a special moment in a company’s history and stand as a testament to the achievements of a dedicated team. For us at Cfm Oskar Tropitzsch GmbH, receiving the Bavarian Export Award in 2016 was exactly such a moment.<\/p>

Ten years ago, our company was honored in the “Services” category. The award recognized not only our international business success but also what has distinguished Cfm for generations: the ability to find solutions where others reach their limits.<\/p>

Specialized Solutions Instead of Standard Products<\/h4>

For more than 230 years, Cfm has been based in Marktredwitz, Germany. Our business has always been shaped by unique challenges, exceptional substances, and highly individual customer requests. While many companies focus on standardized products, we concentrate on solutions that require specialized expertise, an international network, and sometimes a considerable degree of persistence.
Over the years, this approach has earned us a fitting nickname:\u00a0“007 with a License for Special Substances.”<\/p>

“The solution we develop for our customers should fit as perfectly as James Bond’s suit. That is our standard, and it guides everything we do,” explains Managing Director Steffen Tropitzsch.<\/p><\/blockquote>

When rare natural compounds, hard-to-source active pharmaceutical ingredients, or complex procurement challenges are involved, that is often where our real work begins. We research, evaluate possibilities, connect research institutions, manufacturers, and partners around the globe, and develop tailored pathways to meet even the most demanding requirements.<\/p>

International Success from Upper Franconia<\/h4>

The Bavarian Export Award demonstrated that international success does not depend on the size of a company or its location. What truly matters are innovation, expertise, and the willingness to explore new paths.<\/p>

Michael Sch\u00e4ffler, Authorized Signatory and Team Leader of the Pharmaceutical Division, summarizes it perfectly:
“Helping people gain access to life-saving active ingredients for pharmaceutical manufacturing, contributing to cancer research at the forefront of innovation, and helping ensure food safety is more than motivation for me. It is truly a calling. It is what makes me look forward to going to work every day.”<\/p><\/blockquote>

From Marktredwitz, we serve customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries around the world. Today, our role extends far beyond simply shipping products. Our customers rely on us for consulting, regulatory expertise, quality management, and the ability to provide reliable solutions to complex challenges. It is precisely this combination that made Cfm a worthy recipient of the award and continues to define our company today.<\/p>

Looking Back with Pride and Forward with Confidence<\/h4>

When we look back on this award today, we see it above all as recognition of the dedication and expertise of our team and partners. The Bavarian Export Award validated the path we had chosen while also encouraging us to continue expanding our capabilities.
Since 2016, markets, technologies, and industry requirements have changed significantly. What has remained constant are our core values: curiosity, reliability, innovation, and a passion for exceptional solutions.<\/p>

Thank You for Ten Successful Years<\/h4>

The tenth anniversary of receiving the Bavarian Export Award provides a wonderful opportunity to say thank you. Thank you to our team, customers, suppliers, and partners around the world who made this success possible and have supported us over the years.
The 2016 award remains one of the defining milestones in our company’s history. It reminds us of what can be achieved when experience, knowledge, and passion come together. At the same time, it inspires us to continue embracing new challenges and finding extraordinary solutions for our customers.<\/p>

Managing Director Steffen Tropitzsch reflects: “The Bavarian Export Award was a tremendous honor for us and, above all, for our team. The excellence within our organization was recognized by a jury that did not know us personally, and that meant a great deal to me.”<\/p><\/blockquote>
