Trainee to become a commercial clerk for wholesale and foreign trade management, specializing in foreign trade
Driven by the motto “Finding the best solution for you”, we gladly take on the challenges of our customers for the procurement of rare substances.
In this context, you will learn about purchasing and sales for standardized as well as customer-specific requirements. In addition, you will learn to observe and follow all regulations that are related to the international trade in pharmaceutical raw materials (customs law, sales tax law, dangerous goods law, etc.).
In addition, you will be supported in online marketing and in learning new technologies, so that you can take on your own area of responsibility after a while.
Ultimately, we train you so that you can then take on a permanent relationship.

Commercial clerk (m/F/d) with a focus on sales
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercial sales representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
The following tasks are waiting for you:
• Obtaining and comparing offers
• Placing orders
• Creation of offers (including calculation) and orders
• Invoicing, also in foreign currencies
• Coordination of delivery dates
• Assuming responsibility for complex projects
• Monitoring the inventory of critical products
• Preparation of customs documents
• Review and correction of article master data (dangerous goods data, chemical product data)
• Handling of the worldwide dispatch of goods in compliance with all relevant legal requirements
(Import, export, VAT, chemical prohibition regulation, dual use substances, special requirements of the BAUA)
• Data maintenance of the customer database
• Pre-examination of pharmaceutical-relevant contracts
In your role, you will support our existing team and at the same time provide our customers with advice and assistance.
Qualification :
You have completed commercial training, ideally as a Euro businessman (m/f/d) or a merchant in wholesale & amp; Foreign trade (m / f / d) specializing in foreign trade or several years of relevant professional experience in the areas mentioned. Alternatively, you have a degree with a commercial focus.
In addition, you maintain a goal-oriented way of working with a high focus on results, a high degree of initiative and motivation, and a pronounced customer and service orientation. You are interested in other cultures, you are characterized by high reliability, a sense of responsibility and accuracy and you have excellent written and spoken German and English.
