Duocarmycin TM, a DNA-Inhibitor, was first isolated from Streptomyces bacteria in 1988. Duocarmycin TM have shown activity in a variety of multi-drug resistant models. It`s potency is in the low picomolar range. This potency enables this molecule for maximizing cell-killing potency of antibody-drug conjugates to which they are attached.
