3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine

Tetramethylbenzidin is a new type of safe chromogenic reagent. TMB is widely used in enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), as a new substrate for peroxidase. The potential field of application is i.e.: Blood fingerprint detection; rapid detection of alcohol in spittle; urine test paper preparation; hepatitis virus detection; pregnancy test; rapid determination of glucose, hemoglobin, albumin in blood and urine; blood granulocyte value determination; steroids, sex hormones detection; determination of enzyme activity; analysis and detection of antigen, antibody and genetic material; biological samples dyeing; water quality detection (residual chlorine, nitrite, etc.).
