3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidin

Tetramethylbenzidin is a new type of safe chromogenic reagent. TMB is widely used in enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), as a new substrate for peroxidase.
